This class is a basic introduction to our church family. This is
for anyone inquiring about how to become a Christian, or about our
congregation. This class will also point out the benefits of being a member of this congregation of God’s people.
Church 101 will address the following subjects:
How to become a Christian
Baptism and Communion
Why do we exist as a church?
What are we doing as a congregation?
How are we structured?
With whom do we associate?
What does it mean to be a member of Victor Valley Christian Church?
>> CHURCH 201
This is a basic introduction to growing as a Christian. The basic skills
and tools for spiritual growth and maturity will be presented. Having made a
decision to be a Christian and to be a member of this congregation, the next
step is to begin to develop the spiritual disciplines necessary to grow in
Christ. This class will present the benefits of the four spiritual disciplines and
the benefit of growing in Christ-likeness.
Church 201 will address the following subjects
Getting a grip on your Bible
A daily time with God
Talking to God
Giving to God
Starting and maintaining good
habits
>> CHURCH 301
Church
301 focuses on discerning your place in ministry. Before attending this class
you should attend Church 101 and 201.
