ABOUT A CHILD'S PLACE
A Child’s Place at Victor Valley Christian Church is licensed by the State of California: License Numbers: PS 360908836/EC-360910689, to provide a learning program designed to enrich the social, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual growth of the child. It is a non-profit school where no one is excluded on the basis of race or national origin.

Our school began 1989 as a community service to families seeking a Christian environment in which children could learn and grow surrounded by an atmosphere of love and concern. A Child’s Place is a ministry of Victor Valley Christian Church.

GOALS
Our goal as a school and church is to join with the home to provide a safe, loving and Biblically sound environment. New and exciting experiences conducive to extending and enriching your child’s horizons are made available.

PHILOSOPHY
We focus on the whole child: The cognitive (intellectual), the affectual (feeling), the sensory-motor (physical) and the spiritual (Biblical). We know that a child learns best when he/she has a sense of personal well being and security. During these early years a child’s self-esteem is basic to his attitude about learning. Education is life, not preparation for life. In the book of John, Chapter 10, verse 10, Jesus states, "I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly." We pray that each child will grow to understand this verse and realize the potential the Lord has given to each one who enters A Child’s Place.

Our school hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

We also have part-time school hours 8:00am. - 12:00 p.m.
